RETURNS

• Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  
• To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:Within 14 days of purchase send email to info@lumipickups.fi with your order number, or reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return, and we'll send you a return slip for your products. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email. Send all items back to us using the label provided. Pack the items well, damaged items will not be refunded.
• Return shipping fee will be reduced from your refund amount.
• Shipping will be free for warranty issues. All products have 5 years warranty from purchase.
